Unlimited Membership $89 every month • Unlimited visits • With our Unlimited Membership you can attend an unlimited number of classes each month plus receive full access to FIT4MOM Video On Demand.

Choose to attend an unlimited number of:
Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Stroller Barre, Body Boost, and/or Body Ignite classes per month.

Unlimited Plan also includes access to all Play Dates, Outings, Mom's Night Out, Family Events, and our private Facebook page.

Price: $89+ $89 signup fee that includes a welcome bag and set of resistance bands.

Please note: Unused passes do not carry over month to month. There is a 3-month commitment required before cancelling a plan with a $50 cancellation fee if it occurs before the 3-months.

Weekly Membership $59 every month • 5 visits per Month •

With our Weekly Membership you can attend 5 classes each month plus receive full access to FIT4MOM Video On Demand.

Choose to attend 5 of the following:
Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Stroller Barre, Body Boost, and/or Body Ignite classes per month.

Weekly Plan also includes access to all Play Dates, Outings, Mom's Night Out, Family Events, and our private Facebook page.

Maternity Leave Membership $180 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks •

For the moms who will be heading back to work. The Maternity Leave Membership is a 8 week pass that grants you unlimited live classes in the FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook franchise, in person or virtual.

10-Class Pass $175 • 10 visits • Valid for 10 classes and for a limited time, expires after 6 months from purchase date. Non Refundable - Non Transferable. Can be used at any of our classes.

20-Class Pass $199 • 20 visits • Valid for 20 classes and for a limited time, expires after 6 months from purchase date. Non Refundable - Non Transferable. Can be used at any of our classes.

$50 Gift Certificate $50 • 1 visit • This certificate is valid for $50 toward any FIT4MOM purchase. It is non-refundable.

$100 Gift Certificate $100 • 1 visit • This certificate is valid for $100 toward any FIT4MOM purchase. It is non-refundable.

Equipment Fee $89 • 1 visit • Equipment fee is required for all new clients purchasing a 10 or 20 class pass. Resistance bands are specially designed for use in FIT4MOM classes.

Purchase a 10 class or 20 class pass after your first free class and receive a 50% discount on equipment fee.
