Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, pilates, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out!

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Body Well™ is about meeting mothers where they are in their individual chapter of motherhood, challenging their growth and creating long-lasting healthy habits, inside and out. Join us for a trial class and hear more about the program.

Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow.

This 8 week results-based program includes, goal setting guidance, nutritional coaching, recipes + meal planners, meditations and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

This Session of BodyWell includes 3 workouts/ week. If you have a current membership, it will go on hold beginning 01/01/2025 and resume 03/01/2025.

Your coach will reach out throughout the week using both individual and group formats. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental workouts, accountability, and support. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being.

Body Ignite® is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute virtual workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

This is a FREE demo class to gauge interest for a specialized FIT4BABY six week program.

Join us for our Mom's Night Out Social events. Once a month we will have an event for moms only!

You get two months to read one book and get a bonus Mom's Night Out to come chat with your favorite mom friends about it! We'll meet to chat about the book (and probably a lot of unrelated things) every other month. So whether you think of LIT as or you should join what's bound to be the most fun book club you've ever been a part of!

Do you have a baby who's less than one year old? Join other local mamas for a chat over coffee (or another drink of your choice) to build your personal village. Coffee Chat locations will vary month to month and are free to attend. You do not need to be a member to join the conversation.

Mamas are stretched thin and there is always so much information swirling around about how to raise our children "the right way". At FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook we know there is not one single way to be a mama or a family but we also know that leaders in specific fields can play a huge role in the decisions we make as parents. This MAMA EXPERT series has been started to provide Our Village with the resources to make informed decisions regarding their now family.

FREE Mama Expert events may feature moms with great knowledge in a variety of disciplines including but not limited to; Pediatric sleep, pediatric dentistry, car seat safety, child & infant CPR, tech safety, bullying, and more.

So, clear your schedule, grab a girlfriend and come out for a free and informational night out with other women in the area.
