Welcome to your very own home studio! It can be in the basement, garage, right next to your bed or in the play room amongst all the Lego bricks and dolls (but you probably should push them all to the side).

Sometimes life happens and getting out of the house isn’t in the cards. FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook is excited to try out some virtual classes to keep us moving even when getting together isn’t an option.
