Price: $59+ $89 signup fee that includes a welcome bag and set of resistance bands.

Please note: The passes do not carry over month to month. There is a 3-month commitment required before cancelling a plan with a $50 cancellation fee if it occurs before the 3-months.

For the moms who will be heading back to work. The Maternity Leave Membership is a 8 week pass that grants you unlimited live classes in the FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook franchise, in person or virtual.
