FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute VIRTUAL workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
What Does FIT4BABY Include?
Strong Body and Mind - we focus on your whole self!
1 specialty prenatal class per week, hosted virtually via Zoom, during the 6 week program
1 additional in person workout of your choice weekly
“Ask the expert” virtual sessions
Bump book journal prompts
Daily reach outs covering a variety of pregnancy related topics
Meditations following each workout, designed by moms for moms
Community of moms for encouragement
